To implement the educational requirements of the theme on fostering a proper view of achievements, establish a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise collaborative education, and promote the development of an order-based student training model with local leading enterprises, the Party General Branch of the School of Commerce and Electricity visited Anhui Weiguang Textile Co., Ltd. on the morning of June 3, simultaneously carrying out open-door education under the theme and enterprise visits to expand job opportunities.

Anhui Weiguang Textile Co., Ltd. was established in 2009, with its headquarters located in Fangang Town, Tongcheng City. After years of dedicated work in the textile production sector, the company has accumulated extensive experience in textile manufacturing, the development of labor protection supplies, and emergency material supply. Currently, the company's Suzhou online sales team is conducting live-streaming training activities with students majoring in online marketing and live-streaming e-commerce in our department. A delegation from the Party General Branch of the School of Commerce and E-commerce visited the company's production workshop and quality inspection center, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's production scale, product development direction, online marketing scale, and employment demand planning. Both parties engaged in discussions on topics such as school-enterprise cooperation, the establishment of internship and training bases, and graduate employment connections.

During the symposium, the principal Party and administrative leaders of the department attentively listened to the suggestions and opinions of the enterprise representatives regarding the optimization of the talent cultivation plan, the enhancement of students' practical abilities, and the alignment of services with job requirements. They meticulously recorded the proposed suggestions, such as "strengthening students' practical skills in textile e-commerce operations," and discussed potential corrective measures on-site. The enterprise representatives expressed their desire to deepen collaboration with the Department of Commerce and Electrical Engineering to jointly cultivate applied talents that meet industry needs, achieving mutual benefits for both the university and the enterprise.
This visit serves as both a practical classroom for implementing the correct view of achievements through Party spirit education and a key driver for deepening the integration of industry and education under Party leadership. By combining the open identification of issues in thematic education with enterprise visits and job expansion efforts, we effectively align corporate needs, student internships, and vocational training employment. In the next phase, the Party General Branch of the Commerce and Electricity Department will organize the collected feedback into a problem inventory, systematically advance rectification and implementation, and transform the outcomes of thematic education into tangible educational results. This will enable the Commerce and Electricity Department to become a unified entity for industry-education integration, making enterprises a "cooperative主体" in talent cultivation, thereby producing high-quality technical and skilled professionals who are employable, retainable, and capable of long-term development. |
